保持水准的上海老店。羊肉和白鱼非常好。 凉菜就咸鸡和醋海蜇比较好。 梅菜干油爆虾偏咸丢丢，但好像可以不要梅菜干。

面粗。饺子粗。浇头粗。

最大亮点是焖甲鱼和油条。 油条值得深究。

面好，鳝糊也不错，滑嫩酱香不太甜。 其他一般般。 下次试总店。

榕阁

料一般，喜韭菜片頭。 鹹菜偏甜，把辣湯都變甜了。

油条有创意，但质量不好。相比苏州江南雅堂差多了。 豆皮不错，其它一般。

同心如意 Part 1 酥肉可以，秋葵可以。 炸蛋饼有创意，但偏油，一定要浸汤化油。

面薄硬且无面香（回到硬还是Al Dante的问题） 酱有香醋味，葱油猪油香，味道不错 鱼蛋欠爽口偏软，但不腥有鱼味 福州肉丸硬。

餡偏甜，餃子也一般。

酸菜鱼还可以，其他伴菜可一不可再。

材料新鮮，湯底好。牛肉豬肉一般，但牛丸不錯。 會再光顧。

Second take. New realization: raw onions are too strong for the burger, because of the mild taste of the beef, and sauce is only light mayo. Maybe diced raw onion will work better. Tried chicken this round, decently seared but could do more taste. Mild in general but still admire the HK style. Will try one more time.

Teppan cooking made to be easily replicate. Taste was okay, but commentable for the ingredient given the price. Not fantastic grade but fresh. Entertainment overwhelm the rest. Will go again with kids.
