Second time here… not as memorable as first visit. Miso was ok but not fantastic.

The egg was really good, 好好蛋味

Simple and good, Except for bamboo shoot which was slightly heavy in taste. Will go again.

Second visit. Still decent. Clear and flavorful broth, simple noodles and simple gyoza but does not disappoint. Bowl comes with a lot of vegetables, do not need veg. topping. Kimchi was balanced, not overpowering.

Not memorable… Nice is sea whelk, PD skin, PD pancake.

酸汤和麻辣汤都好，味道自然且不油，能喝。 豆腐和柴胡叶是亮点。柴胡叶煮后水是清淡甘甜，味似菊花。腊肉腊肠一般。

当地麻鸭好吃，肉色偏白/浅色，但肉嫩味香，皮酥略脆。 汽锅鸡有一点惊艳，乍看表层略油，但入口清甜，鸡味浓郁，完全不油腻，鸡肉也好味。 青菜炒得一般，但菜心是清甜的。 鸭血臭豆腐，鸭血好食，但臭豆腐不行。

汤偏甜 鱼丸鱼饼偏软身，鱼饼有点薄 面一般 味道看似重味，但吃下去只有猪油和葱油味。辣味不够，醋也不明显，稍微有点油腻感。 但是不错的一碗家常出品。

Curry is meaty rich and fragrant with herbs. Consistency/texture is balanced to eat with rice. But Europe style maybe explain why it is not.spicy (at all). Raw egg will do more good if the curry is more spicy. Katsu cutlet was ok. But the soup was good, meat broth.

Second visit to Grappolo Ginza. In general, appetizers were decent. Pasta and bread are still good, although less the wow factor from first visit. Lamb was from Sisteron France. Well-cooked, tender and pink. But has slightly too strong a gamey taste.

燜牛雜湯（忘記拍鍋底） 材料新鮮，牛肉輕輕的鬆過粉，但鮮嫩、有牛肉味。牛丸不偏重味，清鮮。其它牛腩牛筋內臟都OK。湯底牛雜鹵水清甜暖胃。

2nd time here because it’s near. noodle texture is alright… taste is Japanese mild. Haven’t try the creamy style yet, but comfort food.
