Always like the size of Japanese burgers (petite) and a nice teriyaki sauce. But the beef patty is mediocre. The qualities of wagyu beef doesn’t stand out when minced. Probably using more onions and raw onions will make the meat taste stands out more too. Nuggets was okay, texture with a bite.

Third visit, not as good as last two because of the chef. Tad oily tonight, but ingredients still good.

Don’t usually prefer boutique “dressed” burger because of the size. But quite enjoyed this one, simply dressed with thick tomato slice and onions, and bun was crisp and airy. Meat was slightly over and peppery though. But still big for my appetite.

Nice chicken broth and noodles and chicken meat.

咸菜好吃

Everything was exceptionally light and delicate in this restaurant. Pickles (Leek head, cucumber) were not overly pickled but still appetizing. Only didn’t like the carrot. Wasabi yam was interesting. Cabbage was fresh, light, refillable. Tonkatsu was soft and tender, although we did not had the higher quality meat. Batter was light, something I had not had for few years. Only downside was the curry was light too, taste more like a mild hayashi rice with hint of curry.

崩沙腩不錯，滑 坑腩有牛肉味，但還是柴口 牛丸不用再試 片頭有驚喜，好食 粉腸有點靭，總覺得鹵水比較好 湯頭清但沒什麼特別，味欠奉

點心還可以，蒸鯪魚球不錯 小菜一般，但可參考

菜品还好，没有多大惊喜。 北京鸭皮厚，烧起来香、酥、脆，肉身也不错。

The noodles is not bad, good texture. But overall so-so

Like the fried gizzard. Like the calamari. Like the pizza. Ingredient is fresh, but taste is simple/mild. The dough is fresh and chewy. A place I would go again.

Homely, comfort. Nothing overwhelming, fresh made.
