猪红韭菜红肠鱼蛋 + 咖喱汁

HK style burger, admirable startup from a hole in the wall to multiple proper outlets. HK Style in the way of being inclusive to HK street food (siu mai, chicken wings (HK marinate) etc) not great but conceptual sound and appealing. Burger is something I’ll definitely return for, good overall taste and structure. The simplicity and taste I look for in a burger. Only thing is they seem to have tenderize the beef patty, which turn out soft and slightly lacking in beef taste. (But just like any other Cantonese restaurant in HK that tenderize their beef, this is really HK stuff)

粤榕轩

鹅味比较淡、偏瘦。汁不够味。 葱烧海参少了葱烧香味，海参质一般。 花胶汁太浓稠，不顺口。花胶焖有点久。 笋壳鱼蒸久了柴，堂上淋豉油而不是滚油，没有了香味。 鸡味不错，肉质是比较紧实的，像清远鸡。小侄女吃到稍稍淋油，瀝口。 芥蓝苗很甜，炒得好但没有油渣味。 总括：材料都不错，但出菜时间安排不当，尤其花胶海参都只是微温。

Liked the beef sauce, decent burger but always disliked sweet mayo. I will go back. Have not tried but chicken burger looks really delicious.

The lamb leg was good. Texture was not so tender but rather firm, not tough though. Taste was great. Oysters were great too.

Very nice Vietnamese 豬腸粉, silky skin. The rest are ok

點心 - 過得去，韭菜蝦餅和松露齋粉粿不錯。 燒臘 - 有少少小販燒臘的感覺，醬甜叉燒柴。 魚翅花膠 - 材料失望 遼參鵝掌 - 材料失望 煎米粉 - 味道尚可，煎米粉來說太濕
