炒得有鑊氣的。 稍微炒得軟，但麵是好的，怡保河粉，軟滑。 料不錯的，有蝦、蛤、臘腸、魚餅，但魚餅一般。 味道偏淡，可能魚露可以多一點，且可以多點油，就不會黏在一起。

麵略軟 主豬油和蔥油蒜油，沒醋，味略寡 蒜油味不會過重，沒什麼辣椒 不是很喜歡剛夾起來的麵都黏在一起 材料是好的 豬肉丸、魚丸和肉脞都是手作 蝦也少有的爽口

主醋味，偏淡，有豬油 粗麵薄，不爽口但不軟，Al Dante 一直覺得罐頭鮑魚跟麵的味道不搭 魚蛋沒有魚蛋味 爽口但口感有點木 差了些彈牙的口感

還是非常好的粥品，够綿夠滑，父親略嫌不夠味。 炸醬麵看似略淡，但食落不差。味道比較主肉味，不會太重茄醬和辣油味，但和味。麵質還不錯，稍微偏實。豬腰今天有些味道，洗不乾淨。

Yes things are good and very Robuchon still. Only the scallops were over cooked, felt slightly over buttery though. Missed taking the Prawn Ravioli with truffle sauce which were good as well.

糯米雞蝦丸子 有點像燒賣但包了糯米，如果可以做得精緻點可以幾好食。

Shake Stack : The Burger overall was better than London. The mushrooms was flavorful and beef not dry, though I begin to notice Shake Shack tend to use lean and thin patties which can be easily overcooked, still juicy. The brioche is soft and suspect it’s corn bun, but still the bun gets easily soaked with the juices very fast, which I don’t like. Felt the brioche should be soft but at the same time toasted to receive the juices and not make it messy during the last bites.

免治牛肉飯，但用了好多蒜炒，牛肉炸得比較乾。

小伙很專心的做每一碗麵，麵是爽口的，主醋味，辣味比較淡。但沒有大華或三巴旺這麼和味。 料很基本但不錯，除了潮州餃子比較粗。地魚乾烤得好，香脆。

第一口吃比較淡，且麵有點軟 但拌了豬油之後就帶出味道 料和味道一般，但豬肉丸好 鮮甜，且有肥豬肉，肥瘦均勻。

The clear Soup was not bad, flavorful but not overwhelming. The beef was not bad too.

Smokey Shack: the patties was dry and tough, again burgers that makes the mouth tired. The original shake Burger is better.

Ox tongue and the pasta were excellent, but the main course were disappointing.

The Crisp Hen Egg was nice combination, half cooked egg nestled on a mash potato base with Parma ham. Pot Au Feu So-so.

第二次到这餐厅，水准还是不错的。凉菜整体好，鲍鱼虽然没什么味，但酱汁调得不错，旁边酱青有些花椒味。海蜇头也是有这种酱青，就是淡淡的花椒味，但点到即止。猪手焖得入味且绵软，其他肉类就一般（蒸鸡、爆羊、酸菜猪肉） 这次再点层层猪肉馅饼，皮没上次好吃，切法也不一样，上次三角形的皮比较松软。 山楂冻不错，下面是淮山容。

炒蛋的蛋味很香，稍稍过了点火但算不错。芥菜也爽口，基本上餐厅材料是好的。
