小碗面，香、辣、麻、醋味道配得和味，跟昨天的牛腩面味道相似，不会过辣，像赵崽儿的味道。面条做得不错，软滑、轻幼。但听说小碗面面条可以再幼。

一般，烧鹅不错，酱菜不错，汤菜也不错。

酒店裡也能食到不錯的牛腩麵。辣味很香且不會過辣。牛腩不錯，肉嫩、新鮮，但不夠入味。

當晚的牛肉羊肉處理得很不錯，師傅處理得好，材料一般。

點心一般，但在倫敦算好。 蘿蔔糕好，有蘿蔔絲，煎得好看，內裡軟熟。要挑剔的話可以放多些臘味，但已經很好。 蝦餃放麻油和美極，龍蝦餃蠻重酒味。

用料OK，但好幾道菜都加了麻油（北方師傅？） 亮點是豆瓣醬，加了肉末，食起來香甜辣，好味。

What’s good: Terrine spread Pork Croquette Cold platter Salad Slow cooked pork Black pudding Pig shank was cold that day, nice but not best. Andouillette was not bad. Should try again another day.

The head and tongue terrine was very good, with the veal kidney I think. Andouillette and mixed liver terrine was not bad, the lamb rack is good too. Escargots and frog legs, so-so.

The burger was normal overall, though the beetroot made it too sweet. The cheese was not bad.

The dinner was overall creative and within an acceptable taste. The monkfish liver with dashi jelly was nice, and the highlight was the fish rice with ikura, a pleasant surprise. The rest are alright, taste was overall alittle too salty. The sashimi was alittle disappointing.

麵不好，不軟但很粘，食幾口就膩的口感 主蔥油蒜油味，有豬油，辣椒重 魚蛋魚餅不錯，爽口有魚味 湯是做魚蛋的水煮的 感覺原來魚蛋湯真的要放菜脯

麵混了豬油，很香。食落沒有廣東麵這麼爽口，但口感也足夠。 雲吞有地魚香，湯頭也好。 材料就一般，但整體感覺是滿足的，下次再試。

Noodles was done Al dente, fishball texture was not bad too, springy with a meaty bite, but taste was not as good as 辉记 in Tiong Bahru. Overall taste so-so.

Brioche is soft with butter, slightly toasted. Nice standard as usual, only teriyaki sauce was slightly too sweet. Chicken is tender.

[Chaine Special Event] The dishes was served rather cold due to individual portioning for the night. The bone marrow was not bad, even better if it’s warm. Beef tendon balls somehow have too much herbs, rosemary I think. Tartar was not bad, steak was a little disappointment, didn’t have the flavors a prime rib would have and sauce is too sweet.

麵不會軟，中規中矩 醬太多 偏甜，味道無特別 少許豬油渣 魚蛋是驚喜，爽口彈牙 真是「索索聲」

牛丸是不错的，面就一般，应该是用牛油拌的，有种油腻感令面条粘在一起。味道一般。

Ingredient was fresh, but food was so-so for the night.

湯頭味好，不會過油。雲吞也很好，蝦爽口，地魚末剛好，不會過重。麵剛食下也爽口的，無鹼味，但食到最後就有點軟了。
