Not bad actually, although the rib-eye steak could be better, not so flavorful. (French Beef and the cut was thin) will like to try the onion soup next time. The Egg with Mushroom sauce is nice.

No comment... but the mussels are not good

Lamb Shoulder not as flavorful as what we have done.. we could really do lamb shoulder in Paris. Like that broad bean with pork dish, simple but nice.

This is Fu Ji Wanton Noodles. The Noodles is not bad actually, Al dente noodles sometimes with alittle 鹼水味, but that’s alright. The taste is normal though, soy sauce base with sweetness, but not that flavorful unless you mixed with their sambal chili. The char Siew are dry, but wanton skin and wanton is not bad.

麵爽口的，Al Dente. 味道是輕淡的蔥油蒜油味，辣味也是輕輕的。 最好的就是魚丸跟魚餃了。 魚丸很新鮮的，爽口軟熟也很有魚肉味。魚餃也香口結實，好食。

很久沒有食黎記。燒雞稍微有點乾，雞肉也一般。飯是不錯的，鬆軟也ok香。

The bun was alittle big for the patty and garnishes in between, so the ingredients starts to slide off when eating which gets really messy. Adding this on because the bun was not well toast, which makes it weak in absorbing the meat juice and sauce (and egg yolk), the bun got soft and mashy after that. The meat patty was alright, but sauce and cheese was quite normal. Nothing to shout about for the wings and fries.

沒什麼特別，純粹懶。 其實燒得不錯，但醬料、配料、食材都一般。 反而覺得豬肉是最好的，但醃得甜。

The fries were very thin which seems to be quite popular in Korea. Sprinkled with seasoning which is not bad, but not too much potato flavor as it was thinner. The fishball skewer... it had a similar texture as Hong Kong curry fishball surprisingly. Maybe can do something with this fishball skewer.....

好綿的粥，食不到米的。都好少會自己走去食粥。但有少少結，唔知是不是因為夜了。鯪魚球也好吃。

The Beef turn out to be quite flavorful, although the cheese could be more nicely melted. The taste is flavorful and balanced with every bite, the sweet mayo (Special Sauce) compliment the beef and cheese. The Brioche is soft but the inside toasted with butter, to the extent that the bite is crunchy, but not burnt. This also prevent the juice from soaking through the bun easily. The Bacon gives the smokiness, although it was quite thick and make it hard to bite.. tired after awhile.

還是非常好的牛雜河。 河粉爽滑（但當然就沒有怡保河粉那種口感這麼滑溜舒服），牛丸也不錯，但好像少少有雪氣。牛肚可以厚返少少就好了。

味道是跟 Bedok總店相似的，麵還是軟身的那種，但今天的麵不會像上次黏一團。（也說不上原因，是因為豬油乾了？） 味道是豬油和辣椒撈，但辣椒味是淡淡的。料不錯，肉丸是用地魚一起打的，魚丸和肉片也好，就是魚餅太薄，沒什麼好。豬油渣也炸得不錯。

雞蛋牛肉腸 - 腸粉拉得薄滑，不是一夾就碎的，還是有韌度的。但米漿就是欠缺米香味。雞蛋和牛肉不錯，但不應該加生菜。豉油雖然幾香，但就很甜... 炸兩 - 油炸鬼不可以... 豬肉粥 - 粥米細但不到棉滑，就是食到細細的米粒，搔不到癢處。

出品比較粗糙的一間店。麵較軟身，叉燒也一般。 但味道頗有豬油香，辣椒不是很嗆。雲吞水餃🥟有蝦。

I ordered da Cheese Master. The burger is enjoyable but the double ketchup is alittle overwhelming, can’t really taste the flavors of the rest. But the cheese is nice. The other was a Smokin’ B-Boy. Will come and try again.

炳勝水準是不錯的，主要材料是好的。 啫啫是拿手的，順德魚生很不一樣，配料很搭。

兩年後再食，很一般。雞和蓮藕餅無以前這麼好。 其他菜色也一般。
