First time trying, but was satisfied indeed. The eggy taste is comforting with the jianbing, there’s cucumber, parsley, and crunchy zha cai! The lamb bites are really tender, 有少少臊味, but it balance off well with the cumin. I think the lamb should be the best for this stall, but will try the pork and chicken next time.

Not bad a bistro

方便小食/宵夜。 只看菜色，不看品质。

Mediocre, probably return to try the fishball.

The beef patty is very juicy, medium rare well done. The egg is decent with a yolky taste. The ingredients and sauce are rather basic (tomato, lettuce and pickles) but well complement the burger. The only thing is that the brioche is soft, which becomes mushy after a few bites. Will try other flavors.

First time trying this prawn noodles, a delectable crustacean soup base with sweetness. The fried onion and pork lard enhance the flavors. The prawn and pork are fresh too and not over cooked.

This is the branch at 89 Circuit Road, a few stalls next to CCK 190 wanton noodle. 頗普通的一碗雲吞麵，面是豬油味，但有種黏在一起和死實的口感。要說爽口彈牙也沒有富記那般。 雲吞是在胡椒湯裡，雲吞也一般，香菇太甜了。夠吸引的就只是辣椒醬很惹味的。

Tried the dry version today. The ingredients are so-so, the soup is flavorful as usual. The dry version is mixed with chili and ketchup, something similar to traditional dry fishball noodles but ketchup is of lesser ratio here. However the sauce is overwhelmed with chili. Maybe that’s the purpose of the dry version but can’t taste anything except the spiciness. With a balance of better ingredients (pork and prawn) and less powering sauce, will be able to better taste the true flavors of the prawn noodles, it could be more delicate.

Shake Shack tends to use soft brioche globally, which I felt it’s alittle too soft and does not take the juice well. The Beef was slightly dry, though still flavorful. Smoke Shack always tend to be slightly dry, because of the lean beef they use and tends to be dry. Would go better with the Original Shack burger with lettuce and tomato. But good size though, will always try the original next time. But the fries... no good.

少有的食粿條，但這是機制粿條，質感味道都一般。還是麵薄比較好。配料好像有點變了，但質量還是很一般。

麵是黑醬油、辣椒和豬油的配搭，咬下去時有點硬，味道有點偏甜。 材料是不錯的，炸雲吞皮薄，但餡不夠。 會再試。

粿條其實炒得不錯，乾濕適中，但調味偏淡，雖然有用豬油但甜味和辣味都不夠。 蛋和蛤蠣都炒得剛剛好，夠滑不過熟。

Food was ok. But the wine was fantastic.

不行...但法國菠菜是好的。也可以考慮多些本地食材，例如這裡的雞冠餃。
