Today is National Pizza Day! One of my favorite CPK pizzas, so simple and a classic, the Mushroom, Pepperoni, and Sausage. With Cremini mushrooms, rustic pepperoni, spicy Italian sausage, fresh torn basil, Mozzarella and wild Greek oregano on the original crust. Back in 2015, I was fortunate to get invited to CPK’s 30th Anniversary party at their first location in Beverly Hills. At that party, they announced some changes to some of my classic favorites, but for the better. Fortunately, this pizza was not changed.
