An interesting Mediterranean tapas bar at OTR. The dishes brings you from Provence to Africa. Wood grilled octopus (5/5): with mergeuz sausage, fried chickpeas and hummus. Topped with flavorful tomato, parsley and jalapeño, the octopus was grilled with smoky char. Fried chickpeas put additional crispy texture into the dish. Bouillabaisse (4/5): A twist of provençal fish stew with shrimp, mussels, halibut in saffron broth. Served with grilled toast and rouille. It presented the delicate savor from seafood and herbs.

Probably one of the best Italian places in town. Always packed, hard to get a seat without reservation. Short rib cappellacci (4.5/5): with shallot and thyme. Just like any other pasta dish they offer, it looked ordinary but tasted leveled up. The dish was served with a light buttery sauce and grated cheese, and the filling was delicate enough to melt in my mouth. Grilled octopus (5/5): with white bean shishito ragu, and bread crumbs. Tender and slightly smoky. I enjoyed the fusion ragu on top of it - shishito added a touch of mild tanginess that makes the dish more interesting.

Personally not a huge fan of donut...yet Holtman’s is probably one of the best donut shops in the city.

A little Japanese patisserie with 7-8 selections of desserts daily. Covering Popular items such as cakes, choux cream, pudding and pastries. Food quality is similar to typical chain patisserie in Japan, which is pretty good here in Vegas. By reservation only before Christmas.
