Let wifi Nomiku #sousvide tonight's steaks while we are out to kids' karate lesson! All I need to do when I come home is sear the steaks 1 minute each side and serve with the kale salad I made. Super easy dinner!👌 Cleaning up fridge before going to Japan.

Yesterday's double #sousvide action. 😎🙌👌 We cooked 8 dry aged steaks and 1 rack of lamb in sous vide to perfect medium rare and then grilled over charcoal just before serving them!
