Salad bowl: beet salad (the colors! 😍), avocado & tomatoes on arugula & baby spinach with red pepper dressing and cauliflower bolognese. Getting my veggies! 💪

Green ones are from IP delivery, supplemented with TJs. Stuffed with rice & ground beef. I didn't make it.

Using the lemons from our IP delivery. Made syrup. Add champagne. 😁

Grapefruit (from Imperfect Produce organic delivery), sausage & boiled egg. I didn't make it.

Ravioli & veal marsala. So stuffed.

4 hours later. Been using up the organic Imperfect Produce. Cauliflower Bolognese plated with thin spaghetti. Rainbow carrots. Beats the ones from TJ's. Chioggia beets. Sunrise colors! 💛 Sweet potatoes for the pups. 🍠 Pickled the daikon. The amazing color. 💜

First Imperfect Produce delivery, organic edition. Found a 50% off coupon and decided to try it. Napa cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, bell peppers, beets, purple daikon, grapefruit, apples, oranges, lemons & sweet potatoes.

A friend mentioned these to me the other day and just found them today. Good but not quite earthy matcha. 😆 Reminds me of powered donuts.
