Amazing kaiseki restaurant in osaka. Pricey but worth it for the experience. . Unfortunately we were in a rush to leave for the airport and had them finish in 90 min. Like all kaiseki every dish is like art

After dinner dessert. Decided to go for a local porras. Basically really similar to the Chinese dough stick we have for breakfast. Not bad but should do at least once while in spain.

La Trainera
Seafood
May be the best seafood restaurant in Madrid. Quite pricey but for the quality it's worth it. Check the bill when paying. They tried to overcharge me as the seafood is charged by weight and the "mistakenly wrote the wrong weight".

This place is in the Guinness records as the oldest restaurant. Don't bother with anything else but the suckling pig. This is the most delicious pork I've tasted in my life. The texture and flavors were incredible. I also had the roasted lamb. Amazing.

Standard tapas but not excellent. Arrived in the evening and it was only 3 min. Walk. Not worth the trouble if u have to walk beyond 5 minutes. By the way, they tried to rip me off by charging full plate prices when I only ordered tapas.

South Male Atoll
Anantara Dhigu Maldives Resort
Italian
In the island you are stuck with little choice. Luckily the Italian was good. Excellent beef carpaccio and lobster linguine (though they changed the lobster for us as it was over cooked). But cooked perfectly afterwards. The calzone needed a lot of work. Free prosecco and cake for our anniversary. Thanks Anantara.

Starving in shanghai. Went to Huang he road. It used to be really popular for seafood in the early 2000's. Really died down. Was able to find an old school noodle and dumpling shop. The flavones and lack of hygiene brings back old memories when I first arrived shanghai in 96. DELICIOUS. of course.

Paper Moon
Italian
One of our favorite Italian restaurant had closed down and this was recommended by the four seasons concierge. Did not disappoint. Classic Italian in a more modern setting. This place was packed. We took the last table right at the door watching all the lovely Italian ladies and men all dressed up arriving for dinner.

Four Seasons Hotel Milan
Cafe
Enjoying a drink in the beautiful garden of the four seasons. Very intimate and quiet. Lots of space between seatings so you get your privacy. The day we were there it happens that Depeche Mode was staying there. Didn't see the band but lots of the crew members running around inside the hotel.

After eating Italian every day we finally realized that the best (where the real locals go) was across from our hotel. Amazing pizza and as for the pasta they were stingy with the lobster meat but the tomato sauce was incredible.

Cute and very small takeaway restaurant for French crepes in Venice. No bad if you are craving something non Italian to give the palette a rest from pizza and pasta. The owner is super nice and makes each crepe himself.
