If your stuck out in Cheung Kwan O and looking for decent japanese go to holiday inn. Very nice surprise. Good quality and reasonably priced.

Great chinese snack in the basement of suning electronics. Oven backed bread with beef inside. Cost rmb10. They also have veggie and others.

Ma La hotpot......amazing. Always huge line ups. Expect to wait an hour or two. Their specialty is bull frog. Absolutely delicious. In the center of the ma la hotpot you can choose another soup base. Mine was tomato soup. Very very nice.

Beautifully decorated restaurant bringing u back to early 1800's china. The Food is local favorites and inexpensive.....priced for the people not tourists. Huge lineups and expect to wait over an hour in line.

Flight delayed for 3 hours so was able to enjoy a dinner at Miso instead of an airplane meal. Great thing about Hong Kong u can hangout in the city for great food and take a 20min train to the airport.

Cooked to perfection by wife. Amazing 2" American ribeye. Sousvide for and hour the finished in a cast iron pan. 😁😁

Can't find the place on the listing but this chain is everywhere in shanghai. Has fantastic bean curd and deep fried dough. All the great breakfast stuff from shanghai in a cool clean environment. Don't need to go there for a meal but perfect for a snack in the afternoon or late at night.

My favorite hot pot in shanghai. This chain has their own farm so the produce is super fresh. Very cool environment and amazing service. Definitely a great place to go with friends. Also they will auction off seafood once or twice a night. Weird at first but second time around it was fun. Almost forgot to mention we auctioned this crab for half price. 👏👏👏

Clean Muslim food. I thought it was xinjiang food but the owner corrected me that they do XiBei Muslim food. Slightly different from xinjiang but very similar and super clean.

Another blast from shanghais past. Over 15 years ago eating this beef bone Hotpot in the middle of the night. They now renovated and into a clean and presentable place. Food tastes like it use to!!!! Nice being back in shanghai.

If u are a fan of frog and Sichuan this is a great shanghai classic from 15 years ago making a comeback. A few years ago this dish faded and we were left with shady dirty restaurants. No they've turned into to bustle chains around shanghai. Awesome!!!!

This use to be a tiny xiaolongbao place on Huang he lu that sold out by noon daily. Now it's got shops everywhere.

A surprise drop in for us because the next door restaurant didn't have our dishes. And surprisingly good. Excellent meat and fish (according to my dad). Staff are young but helpful. We went twice within a week and a half. Only issue is that they Aircon runs on central so they couldn't adjust the temperature lower for me....but they did help us move by the window.

Great French bistro food. Always a must go when I visit shanghai.

These orange juice machines are so convenient and popping up every in shanghai. You can find them in a lot of mid end shopping malls. Really cool stuff!!!!

Environment a bit casual but very good food. Recommend looking at the menu for wine as oppose to getting the sommeliers recommendation. She goes for the quite pricey ones.

A very delicately flavored hot pot. Not your typical mouth numbing experience. Even the spicy side is so delicate and flavorful. Each dish was beautiful and delicious. Worth the experience. This is taking Hotpot to the Michelin level. But it is pricey.

Funny little stall selling sausages. The guy explained how amazing it was so I went for it. Not back.....worth the conversation with the guy.....if you've got the time. Hahaha.

Very high end japanese bbq. Excellent meat even though it's from Australia ....hahaha. Beautiful restaurant that makes u want to eat meat and drink!!!! I could have spent the whole afternoon there....luckily my friend needed to go for a meeting.

The best sushi I've been to in Taipei. Great atmosphere sitting around the sushi bar. Fun chefs as u can joke around with them and finally Amazing fresh sushi at prices we can only dream of in Hong Kong.

My favorite dapaidong in Hong Kong. The place is so popular they have slowly taken over 6 shops along the street. And this is authentic as they do their woking right on the street.

No very hungry this evening and went for a sandwich. Kinda interesting wrap....little over prices but good reviews overall.
