Tonight’s Dinner… was more than a tank of gas, BUT so worth it! It was an early morning meeting, afterwards got ready to serve 500 sample portions at a fitness event, and then ended the day leading a staff meeting. People amaze me how they feel the need to comment on food when it’s FREE. It’s like we forced people to take our samples. Some had the nerve to comeback and tell us they weren’t fans of the grain bowl, but took another grain bowl sample anyway. WTH? So, a good dinner was in order, but first, I needed to fill my gas tank… Afterwards, I went to see my chef friend at Kagura in El Segundo. Assorted Sashimi Yuzu Chicken.
