Apple cider was awesome, and much more creamy then standard sorbet. The traditional flavor with the caramelized cream was also good, has bits of pistachio in it.

Pretty close to ramen in Japan, but taste is not quit there, think it has to do with different quality of ingredients in the states. Noodles were perfect at firm selection and extra strong broth was little too much,but medium was too light,so next time going in-between.

Hojicha shortbread (perfect), lychee hojicha cake (perfect), canele (slightly over cooked), egg tart? (Tasty but needs more filling), some sort of swedish cookie in wrapper (taste like real German gingerbread with brown sugar icing)

Love the hojicha tea and fluffy pancakes, just as good as in Japan :).

Too sweet and too much after taste from vegan butter. Strawberry flavor was most decent.
