One of my favorite sushi restaurants, support the local restaurants during the difficult time. Assorted sashimi, Mermaid oshizushi, Chu-Toro (bluefin) nigiri and Foie gras nigiri, paired with my last bottle of Small Japanese Sake 😋😋😋😍😍😍

Fresh uni sashimi paired with nori (seaweed), super delicious, it's like paradise in the mouth 😍😍😋😋

One of my favorite places for sushi, great satisfaction for my weekly Sushi craving 😋🤣 Ordered Salmon sashimi, tuna toro nigiri, hamachi toro nigiri, engawa nigiri and spicy chopped scallops roll. 🍣🍣

My favorite seafood dinner: Steamed Crab, Smoked salmon sashimi, Steamed scallops with vermicelli and garlic. Paired well with my Japanese Sake. I can eat fresh yummy seafood everyday if I could afford it, lol 🤣😋

日本 x 香港風味牛肉洋蔥飯, sauce taste good, too bad missing the raw egg as additional sauce. 😋🤣

First time trying this authentic Japanese Sushi House. Food is fresh and delicious. Don't have too many sashimi choices. Tried their Takoyaki roll, it's pretty interesting. Also ordered Tuna & Sockeye salmon sashimi, Hotate & Tuna Toro Nigiri Sushi, and Spicy chopped scallops roll.

Belated birthday dinner with my loved and best friend and her kids at one of our favorite sushi restaurants. Her kids love the kids meal which comes in Pink airplane/car tray, with small toy, mini yakult drink and ice cream (no pictures coz kids won't let go of it). We ate some special rolls, nigiri, oshizushi and sashimi. Everything were fresh and delicious.

One of my favorites late night snacks - XO醬炒蘿蔔糕 at our friend's restaurant.

Our first attempt in making Onigiri at home with Japanese seasonings and canned Tuna. It's good, but put a bit too much rice vinegar. As our first trial, it's not too bad. 😂😋

Trying this new congee place at Admiralty Center (金鐘廊) food court. It's good value, congee was nice, lots of ingredients and not much MSG. The bbq pork rice rolls was kinda small portion, but flavorful. The Chinese donut (炸油條) was good. I enjoyed my sliced fish and assorted meat congee (魚片及第粥).

Finally successfully made this Chinese dessert 冰花燉蛋 at work, it's perfect texture and taste. This is our 4th attempt, used a dozen eggs and finally successful 😋
