Trying instant soup and dish the first time, it's convenient but quite salty, although we've already picked the healthier version with less calories.

My loved is off today, so he made me his signature cheese, mushrooms & spinach omelet as breakfast before I head to work 😋😍💕

First time trying this new Japanese Bento box style restaurant, the sets taste pretty good. I've tried the Salmon set, and my loved tried the Unagi set. It both comes with a small salad, sunomono, 1 pcs of fried tofu, 1 slice of roasted pumpkin, miso soup and a bowl of rice with Teriyaki sauce and our choice of meat. 😋😍

Pan fry salmon, veggies and baby potatoes as my dinner, and my loved had AF chicken filet, veggies and baby potatoes. We shared the AF Jamaica jerk chicken wings. 😋😍

Lunch in downtown Vancouver, first time trying this new Burger bar. We shared the Beef Ragù Fries and Chulu Chulu Fries. I had their signature Chit Chat Burger, while my Loved & his cousin both had the Bacon & Cheese Burger. We also shared the Orange BBQ Wings. Surprisingly the manager gave us cotton candy as desserts for free. 😋😍

HK style breakfast after an early eye imaging appointment. I had sausage, scramble eggs and beef brisket vermicelli; while my loved had fish filet, sunshine eggs, hash brown, half a French toast and beef brisket vermicelli. 😋

We ordered burgers take out from Red Robin's and ate at friend's house for friend's mom's birthday celebration part 2 😂. They made salads at home. I had the Southern Charm burger, and my loved had the Bleu Ribbon burger. Both were delicious. 😋😍

Had a great lunch with my friend today. I had a cinnamon scone and Fried Chicken & waffles. My friend had a clam chowder, steak & eggs and a Latte. Everything tasted good. 😋😍

Yummy refreshing, not-too-sweet cake from 金磨坊 (Richmond), their signature 楊枝金露蛋糕. And due to miscommunication, we also got a Peach mousse tart 🤣

Celebrating friend's mom's birthday with their yummy homemade dinner: - healthy colorful veggies salad - twice baked potato - beautiful roast beef - plate for my love (with rare beef) - plate for me (with well done beef) 😅
