First time cooking Korean sweet potato noodles in miso soup, it's a bit chewy, probably better to stick with cooking it as a stirfry. We had it with baby bok choy, bean curd, and some leftovers beets, carrots, tofu & chicken breast. ๐Ÿ˜‹
