Had late lunch with my love & his coworkers. They love this restaurant because they sell super cheap Tsing Tao beer (only $3.99 each) 🤣 We also like this restaurant coz they have many variety of spicy food, they serve 4 different provinces of China cuisine. We especially love their pickled fish soup, it's yummy and not fishy, even the cbc men liked it. 😋😍 We ordered total of 5 dishes + the soup, but everyone were too hungry, so I only managed to take pictures of the first 2 dishes, which are the specialty duck and 夫妻肺片 😋😍

We're smart to call in advanced to pre-order, and avoided the long lineup and wait time. We ate their yummy breakfast combo ($12 for a congee and freshly made 腸粉). My mom had the 及弟粥 with beef rice roll. I had the beef & pork rice roll, and saved my minced pork & poke liver congee for my love as lunch. 😋😍

Had Shanghaiese lunch with my mom & baby today. We had 花鵰醉雞, 上海薰魚, 鎮江肴肉湯麵 (so big portion) and 生煎包. We obviously can't finish all, and packed 50% home 😋😍

Have a romantic Valentine's Day dinner with my love at Mayfair Lakes Golf club, $85 for their V-day special, good deal and great food. We picked a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc, shared the Crab and artichoke spinach dip as appetizer. We shared the Pork Schnitzel and Fish tacos. We each ate a new York cheesecake, one with chocolate sauce, and the other have strawberry sauce. 😋😍❤️

Shared a simple lunch with my mom, 龍岡雞叉燒飯 at 太古美食. This food court been having ventilation issues for 2 months and just slowly opened up again, so they only have very limited choices of dishes available today 😅

My mom treated me to a super delicious and fresh Japanese dinner for my milestone birthday celebration. We had an excellent mother & daughter day. We got Tako wasabi on the house. We had Kobe Wagyu beef & foie gras Aburi Sushi, the Otoro Blue fin tuna & Hokkaido hotate Temaki Sushi, the 5 kinds assorted sashimi, and the deluxe seafood bowl with miso soup. I also tried their Matcha Yuzu Sake, which I think is pretty cool. 😋😍😍

Drove all the way to UBC village coz my mom wanna buy Roger's chocolates as gift for her friend. It's such a sunny day. Therefore I decided to try their Lemon Pistachios chocolate ice cream bar as snacks to cool myself down. It tasted very good. Luckily my mom and I shared one, coz it's quite sweet after eating half of it 😋😍

Having lunch with my mom and her high school friend at the Mayfair golf course. It's funny that her friend likes Asian food at a golf course 😅 I had the Salmon chowder (soup of the day). We shared the Pad Thai, Teriyaki chicken noodles, and a Beef Dip with yam fries (no photo). Big portions and we pack them as next days lunch 😋😍

We went to The Victor for a romantic birthday dinner to celebrate my milestone dinner with my love. We started with a dozen of raw oysters, the wasabi hamachi with nori (same concept as takowasabi), and house bread (Hokkaido milk bread). I have a 9 oz France red wine. We shared the big 50 oz tomahawk steak & 1/2 lobster, with broccolini and mashed potatoes as sides. We also get a slice of coconut cake as birthday treat on the house 😋😍 everything were delicious, great atmosphere and upscale. It's $430 taxes & tips included 😋😊
