Went for Pho lunch with my love and his best friend from work, they are both on staycation this week. I tried their Tapioca noodles in Crab soup, the noodles are very unique, quite chewy, but the soup not as strong crabs flavor. My love tried their Bue Bo Hue, it's supposed to be best in town, used very authentic ingredients, but the soup broth not much different compared to other restaurants. We liked the Vietnamese pork & shrimps dumplings the most. Very unique and delicious. The peanut sauce for the salad rolls is great, very nutty and a bit sweet. We enjoyed this hidden gem, but the service wasn't the greatest. ππ
