(Can’t rewrite my full review for the fifth time...) I loved the baked bouillabaisse. The fish on top was a red gurnard. Never heard of it before, but the flesh is so finely flaked that it doesn’t flake. Very moist, juicy flesh, nice bite. Seems a very forgiving fish. Chefs gave us an extra John Dory b/c they deemed the fish too small to serve just one. A daunting look to the fish, and quite a lot of work to eat, but JD has great texture and flavour. The mullet was cooked so nicely, crispy skin, but I didn’t care enough for the tapenade-like sauce. I loved the grilled sardines.
Definitely a must-visit for real fish lovers.
