Spectacular authentic Italian using the finest and freshest ingredients with pizza and pasta that is mouth watering. One of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Should be a 3 star Michelin with warm and fantastic service. #wine Guado Al Tasso 2016

Il Riccio is the beach club of the Capri Palace Hotel, one of best hotels in Capri and a 1 star Michelin. The restaurant is spectacular from the view, ambiance, service and incredible fresh seafood, homemade pastas, and the desert room. Love it!!! A must if u r in Capri.

On the beach in downtown Positano. Good service and the food was very good Italian classics. We walked in at 7:30 without a reservation and by 8:30 the place was packed. Highly Recommend for a casual dinner in amazing setting.

Wonderful lunch on the water. At Lo Scoglio. We heard this was one of the best restaurants for lunch in all of the Amalfi Coast and it did not disappoint. We had ravioli with mozzarella (Ravioli Caprese), seafood risotto and sea bass. All were excellent.

Lunch at Remmese at the hotel’s beach club. Excellent pastas, my wife and I had the Scorpion fish with clams, parsley and cherry tomatoes and my daughter had the lamb ragout. Ambiance on the water with the ocean breeze. Memorable

La Serra, a 1 star Michelin restaurant based at the Le Agavi hotel just 2 minutes outside of Positano. The presentation was immaculate. The food was excellent but some of the fish dishes were a bit basic.

Sitting high on Milk Mountain outside of Sorrento is a family run Jewel. Homemade pastas, fantastic grass fed bistecca for 2 and a warm and inviting ambiance. We loved it.

This restaurant was established in 1962 and heard it was a go to in Milano. Unfortunately it was ok with very good service. But the mains did not deliver. Veal Milanese was a bit greasy. The Osso Buck average but the pasta was very good. The service was first class and ambiance was old school and cool.

In the Middle of the Galleria Milano sits a quaint and delicious restaurant. Old school Milan with delicious standard Italian fare. Wonderful pizza in a wood burning oven.

Fantastic breakfast to begin our Italy trip upon arrival at the Park Hyatt Milano. Amazing buffet, Smoke fish, both Tonnino and Salmon with fresh home made cream cheese. Coffee was wonderful

British Virgin Islands were amazing. Dolphin Splash ‘44 Catamaran with Capt Andy and Chef Pevon was excellent. Went to fun and tasty beach bars such as the Soggy Dollar and Deadman Cove.

We found this very quaint Tapas/Spanish walking thru Old Town St. Thomas. The food was very good and high quality. Although I would typically never order a burger at Tapas/Spanish restaurant when we walked in we saw a burger being served and it looked amazing and not your traditional burger. It’s called the Barcelona Burger and is made with ground beer, Spanish sausage and manchego cheese in the ground beef patty which is about a 1/2 pound of meat. It is amazing.

5G Jamon Iberico from Spain. Amazing.
