Another amazing meal in Portugal/Lisbon. Portugal is truly a special culinary place. Fantastic restaurant with the owner/ chef being the proprietor for 40 years starting the restaurant at 22. Spectacular black pig and truffle scrambled eggs, fresh clams with lots of garlic & white wine. Fresh oysters. Leg of lamb and grass fed filet mignon. And the best cherries we ever had. All in a terrie setting in an old convent dating back to 1653.
