Quite possibly the BEST salmon dish that I’ve ever had!! Served with an ecstasy-inducing buttery jalapeño sauce, and accompanied with a scrumptiously fresh shrimp enchilada smothered in tomatillo sauce, pillowy soft rice and frijoles de las ollas with cosita cheese! And this served after their near perfect salsa and chips starter!!! This place really should be winning culinary awards - or at least lines of customers!!!!
