Rated highly for the town. Good pub fare. Fish is fresh. Definitely get fish if you can.

Nice Italian restaurant. Came for the pizza made in their custom pizza oven. Crust was not bready and cooked evenly across with homemade sauce. Calamari was fantastic fresh, light batter and thick pieces. Also had a very nice side of Broccolini that is some of the best prepared I’ve ever had.

Excellent meal with home pasta bolognese. Lasagna came in an individual skillet. Calamari was excellent fresh with a light batter. Reservations highly recommended but might be able to find a bar seat.

Nice little place between Napier and Wellington to get a pie, toasty or bakery goods. Meat & Mushroom pie was great as well as the ham & cheese toasty.

Very creative and extremely tasty seafood options. Hapuku Cantonese Style white fish was a great treat. The simple firm fish and chips had a clean flaky batter. The deep fried cheese on a stock used the same tasty batter. Reservations a must.

If you travel through Hamilton and looking for a great meal try Gothenburg. Sitting at the end of the central business district it is a little quieter than the heart of the CBD. The restaurant had a great variety of Tapas options. Our favorite by far was the grilled market fish with cherry tomatoes and baby potatoes. The market fish was snapper, a common white fish in New Zealand.

Mercer cheese next to Mercer Landing Kitchen has one of the best cheese shops in New Zealand. They make and sell their own cheese. It is about an hour south of Auckland. If you are traveling it is right off the Mercer exit. The cheese was incredible.

If you are in the Viaduct and looking for a snack and want to sit outside Dr Audi’s is a good choice. We got the small one foot rectangle Margherita pizza which had one leaf of basil and one cherry tomato on each slice. If you coming here you’re coming for the views and drinks, but snacks ok.

W went here for lunch and just got a simple green salad and bread and cheese. Everything we ate especially the bread was good. Other people plates who had full meals looked very good. Only gave two thumbs up since we didn’t eat full menu. Very pretty little restaurant in the oldest house in Davenport.

If you are in the CBD of Auckland and looking for good cheap dumpling carry out then you should checkout Little Tiger Dumpling. We took ours back to our hotel. We forgot to get soy so we bought a small bottle on the ay back

This place had one of the best egg sandwiches of all time. The fresh sourdough was grilled. With your topping of egg. The scrambled was soft and fluffy cooked in little individual skillets. The bacon was very good. The pastries were just as good with tons of options. We ended up here twice.

In the village of Oneroa we had a great little lunch over looking the bay. The fresh Fish sandwich and pork tacos were great. Prices were very reasonable.

If looking for great little sandwich near the ferry terminal, the checkout Gloria’s. They make their own bread for their sandwiches. We had the egg plant which was incredibly tasty. They also had really good looking pizza slices.

After flying all day to Auckland we needed a good simple dinner. We ended up at the fox and ended up getting a great tasting smash burger and bbq wings. It’s also a great sports bar. We were able to get American NFL football as well as the NCAA Football. We came back to catch the NFL playoff with some appetizers.

Huge restaurant on the beach serving great wood fire pizzas. Shrimp was good with a kick. Can’t go wrong going here in Waikiki. You will need to make a reservation. Their signature drink the monkey pod Mai tai was much lighter tasting than it looks.

Great Dim Sum recommend to me by cousins. Blew my socks off. Best Cha siu bao ever.

Rum Fire was in the Sheraton next to Royal Hawaiian Hotel. This was good alternative to the expensive sister hotel Good relaxing meal You can’t beat the views.

Apparently this is local chain, but you can’t go wrong as we ended up eating at another there restaurants. The Moku Kitchen is in a more residential area of Honolulu. The happy hour was a great deal, but foods is top notch gastronomy pub.

Breakfast at The Royal Hawaiian Hotel. Very good if you are staying there but very expensive for the cost. Check out their bakery as a less expensive option.

This a must stop every time we come to Mount Desert Island. The salmon appetizer was so clean and pure it tasted incredible. Simple preparation for cod plate was also amazing. Best restaurant on the island.

Dalvay-By-The-Sea is a great place to stay on Prince Edward Island during the summer season. Ate breakfast , lunch & dinner and good meals across the board.
