Catch of the day: Grilled Pacific NW wild salmon over a bed of rice pilaf and steamed broccoli. Port poached pear and warm goat cheese salad. Mixed greens tossed in apple cider vinaigrette topped with dried cranberries. All accompanied by a nice glass of Wine 🍷 French Chardonnay.
