Breakfast strawberries Snacks. Weetabix cake - didn’t eat the alpen bar Lunch - Ham sandwich. Banana. 2 calorie jelly pot Dinner - chicken hotpot Additional snack of high protein ice cream. Aldi so not as good as the dearer brands but it’s ok.
