Cafeteria free oatmeal and iced espresso

Protein shake with coffee today

Scrambled eggs with carnitas and corn. Orange and coffee on the side

I had an epic time management failure today! Fitness happened, but not exactly as prescribed in the metcon. Skipped the snatches and toes to bar because I had to get home. I was struggling with form on the snatches, which is weird as they are usually one of my favorites. Regardless... work was done, just not quite how it should have been!

This one was a good one!! So so sweaty...

The ice cream was calling my name!!

Hector and our lemon ice wine cheesecake

Oatmeal with brown sugar and raisins. Plus an iced espresso with half and half

I don’t think I ever shared this picture from our Christmas trip! It’s more fun than my usual protein shake for breakfast

Steel cut oats with brown sugar, raisins, and cinnamon

Tilamook beef jerky and protein milk/collagen peptides latte

Protein shake with frozen blueberries

And now I’m done for the day!
