CFCA Tequila tasting and dinner. Grand Mayan triple silver distilled tequila. Codigo 1530 resposado. Blue corn tortilla chip with Guacamole. Poblano chili and a cheese blue corn taco. San Matias gran Reserve tequila (my favorite). Oaxacan Old Fashioned (Benesin mescal, Aztec chocolate bitters, Frieda Kahlo anejo tequila, Orange zest essence, and a maraschino cherry). Salad with raspberry dressing and almonds, chicken enchilada, refried beans, steak with peppers.
