Omelette with bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, and cheese. Sliced tomatoes.

Black beans with sour cream and cheese. Chicken with peppers and salsa.

Falafel, rice, salad, and hummus

Grilled octopus with crispy chickpeas, basil olive oil, and pickled vegetables. Sticky ribs with plum sauce and pickled vegetables. Calamari with aioli and Thai chili sauce and vegetable slaw. Brie en croute with brown butter and caramel apples.

Trade show snacks/local treats for dinner! Smoked sockeye salmon maple nuggets, garlic cheese curds, carrots and celery with lemon hummus. Pyramid Hefeweizen. Chicken nugget. Beef with onions and cream cheese, mini crab cakes with lemon chive aioli.

Brouwerij ‘Tij Natte beer. Beef carpaccio with cherry tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, micro greens, garlic aioli, and chimichurri. Ribeye steak, corn on the cob, sautéed mushrooms.

Salmon, slice of tri-tip, green beans, sushi, shumai, and oysters.

Seeded roll with butter and pesto butter crispy fava beans. Condiments for the bread - I think it looks like a Dutch still life painting! Roast beef with horseradish sour cream, nasturtium leaves, and breadcrumbs. 2016 Domaine Hamelin chablis premier cru. Vegetable broth. 2015 Fina Constance Tempranillo. Local cheese, honey with mustard seeds, rhubarb spread, walnut apricot disk, and raisin nut bread. Cherry mousse encased in chocolate with chocolate gelato, fresh cherries, berry yogurt, and tart cherry purée.

Bitterballen, a few stolen fries, and a couple of Vedett white beers.

Brussels sprouts with bacon. Lamb chops with snap peas, Marconi almonds, grapes, mint, and eggplant with mole sauce. Birthday berries!

Actually 6/2 - can’t change the date! A glass of 2012 Grgich Hills Chardonnay, Napa Valley Estate. Melon wrapped with prosciutto. Dirty martinis (I do believe I had three of these over the course of the evening). Sushi rolls and a melon wrapped in prosciutto. Prime rib, carrots, asparagus, salmon with white wine sauce, and green salad with ranch. @ Hicks Hackers banquet.
