Great Japanese Curry.

Scallops and squid so good here. Probably best for the squid of the trip. and the scallops are the specialty of the region. Also, anywhere in Croatia should try the Cevapcici sausage with onion and pepper sauce.

Divey waterfront place with crappy wine (but should definitely order it anyway!) and fresh seafood. Service is spotty but the view is great

Another Osmiza. The whole meal was $92 and fed 4 adults and 4 kiddos, including a carafe of wine.

A meat heavy experience that was great. Truffle pasta was delicious as well.

Everywhere in this town has the same items and menu. But it was good nonetheless. Smelt and squid.

Too salty.

This is called Ozmiza. Kinda a local specialty that happens a few weeks a year. The hillside neighborhood is allowed to sell pre-made items (salumi and cheese) from their homes (although this vineyard consolidated items from locals) as well as house made wine. Super cheap. That whole platter of cured meats and cheese probably cost like 30-40 euros. A carafe of wine is like 5-6 euros. Easily fed 15 people with two platters.

Amazingly charred, chewy, and soggy… the mixed antipasti was so good, especially the ricotta stuffed zucchini flowers.
