After 3days abalones in water, then start for cooking at least taking 10hrs on cooking. Soup making which is including 4lbs of pork & pork bones with the whole chicken.

Big preparation for New Year dinner after Christmas. Dry abalones born from Japan, need to get 3days in water turning to be bigger size and in soft texture then starting to make the next step cooking process so tasty!
