Food is quite subtle and delicate. Started with a truffle tart, then lobster bisque with mini croissant (buttery enough but lacked the soft texture). Foie Gras was quite flavorful, but would be ideal if portion is smaller. The langoustine is exceptional, soft tender and full of crustacean. Main course venison is a disappointment, just mediocre. Rum soufflé not bad, so is the chocolate cake.
