Highlight for this lunch was really the Agnolotti, the fragrant of the porcini mushrooms with the sauce was exceptional and balanced. Very nice surprise and very flavorful. The braised tripe bucatini was quite interesting and tripe is something I can never resist. The main reason going to this restaurant was the burger. I think the contents go quite well; angus beef, aged cheddar, jalapeño marmalade, onions and pickles. But doesn’t really fancy buns with butter nowadays. The butter taste overwhelmed the contents once again. But will be back to try once more, at least for the Agnolotti it’s worth the trip already.
