The starters are all good. The escargots with tomato fritter tend to be slightly 腥 when mixed together. The truffle purée is rich and overwhelm the slow cooked egg, taste good though, and the chiffon seem to be a nice complement. The onion soup is quite good, the cheese is flavorful. For the mains: venison today was not bad, taste slightly gamy and the red wine jus a tad too sweet for me. The pigeon was not expected to be bleu though, very raw.
