Dessert of the day : Wolfberries with Egg Custard, Almond Paste and Walnut Paste( all sharing) . Some local green Kueh that I am not sure what’s it’s called. 😰

Had Ginseng herbal soup, Pork Belly with Mui Choy & stir fried beansprout with salted fish bits. Really good on a rainy day today.

After 3 weeks hiatus, I am back on the saddle again. My post workout meal was 2 eggs, cucumber & cabbage pickle with turmeric, black fungus with cauliflower.

Was out sending my girl to Uni . Stopped by at my boy’s favourite noodle stall. Even I can’t even resist. Had a plate 🤦🏻‍♀️ . #ketofail . Coffee (unsweetened)

Argh ! Got hungry and found some leftover pao in the fridge. Lazy to steam so I zapped it in microwave. Bad decision. Turn out soft bun but hard red bean filling. Had 1 .

Not hungry this morning. Coffee ☕️ & heavy cream will do for now.

🤦🏻‍♀️ Temptation ruled. Italian Brew and a slice of butter cake . Looks like my Keto diet has taken back seat after my California trip. Oh well! 😁

Had to order another meal. Salted egg pork with rice. Had small amount of rice.

Soup came cold. And there’s only kidney. What happened to pork and chicken. Not going to get me filled up.
