Great hawker style place to eat in airport! Was very fun and food was pretty good! Everything available, Korean, dimsum and Singapore specialties.
I ordered from the machine and waited for my numbers. I had the pork noodles, which had some sort of organ meat like liver in them. This plus fish sauce or something gave the dish a strong smell. Despite this they were very good and I enjoyed them. It came with some clear soup.
I also ordered three dessert like dishes since I had no idea what any of them were. I ended up only taking a bite or two. One had sweet corn on top, which is getting more popular but I don’t particularly like. He green syrup was pandan. The green noodles on top of the other dessert were not something I would eat again. Sweet but not flavor and weird noodle texture. Also I was not particularly hungry that day having visited many hawkers earlier. I just wanted to play with the machine at the airport and see what desserts might taste like.
