Wonderful little tea bar. Try the refreshing tea soda. I had the green tea and Marrakech mint. Was lovely. They also had a ruby one with coconut and hibiscus I think. Gorgeous baked goods that I was too stuffed to even think about trying.

Very elegant white glove service. The view was beautiful, can watch the lights on the buildings. Had the half Peking duck, which was exquisitely carved tableside. Shiny crisp skin and they carved away the fat underneath. Took the meat away for second course which was duck meat cooked with oyster sauce, mushrooms and Chinese broccoli. The pancakes are delicate and thin. I could only eat about three or maybe three and a half. They seemed a bit appalled but only so much duck skin one person can eat without feeling sick. I also had a steamed grouper and some noodles. Didnβt love the noodles.
Lovely service! As a solo diner they made me welcome and I had a great view.

Came solo, was very reasonable and pretty tasty. Entire meal could have served two people and cost about 15 usd. I liked the osmanthus and goji berry jello. I was not terribly impressed by siu mai but the har gow were quite good. Shrimp were sweet and fresh. The steamed rice with pork ribs and chicken foot on top was really delicious. Chicken foot was not great but the ribs were quite good, black bean sauce, and the rice was piping hot and savory. Jello made for a sweet and refreshing end.
I guess I missed the iconic bbq pork buns but I donβt like them generally. I also didnβt eat the egg cake but I might have if I had realized it was a good dish here. The turnip cakes were really good. They were not greasy and the flavor was nice.

Tasty drinks. I had a Yuzu and I think gin drink. Was called a Yuzu julep or something like that. Rather strong, but delicious. Came with half a nectarine on top, so nutritious too! They served me a very nice dish of truffled nuts. I ate all the macadamias out of the mix but was trying to conserve calories for alcohol. They also served a dish of fried okra snacks. I didnβt particularly enjoy them as they were fried and dehydrated to be crisp, but I donβt like okra. Also felt they might have a lot of oil or trans fat so I didnβt eat them. Exceptional service! Beautiful view and very relaxing lounge.

Had lunch tasting menu. The peanut butter butter was very good. Food was pretty tasty, in fact significantly tastier than Attica food. They donβt serve coffee which is a little weird.
I felt that the dessert was pretty average or actually below average. It was roasted pineapple with ginger sorbet. Nice and light but not particularly great tasting. I wouldnβt go to this place for lunch if you are actually very hungry. It is eating for entertainment versus fulfillment.

I have been here twice. Last call at 1230 which seems crazy early for a bar. They have food too.
Drinks are interesting and innovative but probably a bit too pretentious to want to go very often. Kind of self consciously cool speakeasy vibe which I had already had plenty of in San Francisco. Craft cocktails are very good though. Booths are cute.
We did the Hollywood punch bowl plus individual drinks since we had to slide in on last call. Punch was not good and so full of ice that it tasted like fruit water. We joked it was like a spa water. For 80 bucks I think you could do a lot better.
The individual drinks were actually quite good and interesting. I had the yuzu mule which was like a delicious alcoholic Capri sun. In a good way.

Had the tasting dinner menu at Attica. Food was creative but sadly not what I would call delicious. It was memorable for novelty (I ate possum, I ate emu egg, I ate ants!) but not for taste. Out of 17 dishes I truly enjoyed maybe three on the merit of flavor. That is a very low percentage. I would not go there again and I wouldnβt advise anyone to splash out for this experience unless you just want some bragging rights or are trying to impress someone with size of wallet.
Service was fantastic but not sure that makes up for lackluster food. They also encourage you to eat with your hands but it ends up being like a high end cocktail party.
While I appreciate the desire to shock and entertain with the creative menu it only works if it all tastes good. Ants are citric acid like and a bit bitter with a somewhat off putting texture. So please donβt dump them all over my ice cream and expect me to love it. I donβt have any problem eating insects but it has to serve a purpose other than cool factor.

Great hawker style place to eat in airport! Was very fun and food was pretty good! Everything available, Korean, dimsum and Singapore specialties.
I ordered from the machine and waited for my numbers. I had the pork noodles, which had some sort of organ meat like liver in them. This plus fish sauce or something gave the dish a strong smell. Despite this they were very good and I enjoyed them. It came with some clear soup.
I also ordered three dessert like dishes since I had no idea what any of them were. I ended up only taking a bite or two. One had sweet corn on top, which is getting more popular but I donβt particularly like. He green syrup was pandan. The green noodles on top of the other dessert were not something I would eat again. Sweet but not flavor and weird noodle texture. Also I was not particularly hungry that day having visited many hawkers earlier. I just wanted to play with the machine at the airport and see what desserts might taste like.

Fun hawker market. Lines can be a little long but good variety. I was pressed for time and so I had to quickly get my plate of food, sit down and eat a few bites, then move on.
My favorite of this place was the βcarrot cakeβ. I went to the hawker center specifically to try this famous dish. I was a bit confused by the white and brown varieties available but since everyone in front ordered Brown I went with it. It was savory and delicious. Soft rice noodles or cakes with dark salty sauce and bits of vegetables on top, some crisp and caramelized. Was just delicious. I had to stop myself from eating the entire plate and as I left later I saw that the line had increased quite a bit. I was lucky to find this hawker first. Was crazy cheap too. Like maybe 3-4 dollars Singapore.
After that I went over to other side of hall. People online recommended the shark fritter noodle place and the lines were quite long. Somehow I messed up ordering and I got a bowl of brown with very thin white noodles and shark fried nuggets on top. I did not like the noodles or sauce. Very salty and boring. The shark could have been anything. I donβt generally eat shark as a rule but I figured once might not hurt. I had maybe two bites.
Then I was lucky enough to find a great kway teow stand. This dish was fantastic example of this sort of thing at hawker place. The line was efficient and the flavor was excellent.
I stopped for a refreshing dragon fruit and pineapple drink on way out.

Food was beautiful and tasty! Not good for vegetarians. They say they have a vegetarian menu but they replaced the beef with two sad spears of asparagus and people went home hungry. The squash pasta was good but I think we got maybe three tortellini. That is not exactly much food.

Very reasonable Omakase tasting menu (not sushi) try to sit at bar. The yuzuijo was also refreshing. Best dishes were the oyster, scallop, asparagus tempura, kingfish with red pepper gazpacho (this was extraordinary) and beef cheek (one of the best preparations I have had). When the dishes are superlative they are world class good. A few of the dishes are a little boring, one note salty in the way some Japanese food can be. I would put the duck in this category. It was chewy and salty. Would highly recommend this place overall. Get the nut and miso dessert. It is truly delicious.

Highly recommend. I was solo dining and they treated me like a queen, wait staff were attentive and had great recommendations. Food is wonderful. Ordered the eggplant and octopus, braised for 3 hrs in wine and grilled, served with dill and delightful pickled onion bits. Beautiful plating and setting harborside. My host gave me free labneh with calibrian chili dip. That is a Turkish style Apple iced tea with star anise and cinnamon, also recommended by host. Yum.

I hope I got location right. I took a picture of the place just in case. We were in a mad search for certain roti dishes and also best nasi lemak in KL. It involved two hours of Uber rides all around the city. We would go, order, eat a few bites, then move on. We were quite hampered by the fact it was a public holiday as well. The roti curry here was very good. And this other stuffed pancake dish (cannot remember name) was even better.
