Sai's is definitely one of the best MealPal restaurants in the area. Good portions, freshly cooked, and tasty!

Armenian
Experimenting with some new Armenian recipes (I was inspired by the food festival). The ground lamb will be used as a filing for kufta once I find the right spice combo.

Toto's Grill
Filipino
Fun and cheap Filipino street food place. Lots of variety including various kinds of intestines (chicken was the best), pig ears, quail eggs, chicken tails and feet, liver, blood, fish balls, lumpia, served with a variety of sauces. My favorite was spicy cucumber and spicy fish sauce.

Spanish-influenced California cuisine in the Presidio. Could have been better considering the price point but I did like the duck, salmon, honey cake, and white sangria.

Sababa

I like the roasted eggplant and smoky 300 minute egg in this bowl. The hummus is smooth, creamy, and tastes of tahini. It doesn't have much acidity or garlic.
Not bad for America but doesn't hold a candle to the wurst in Munich.

Always love the hearty delicious food here. My favorite entree is the chicken cutlets, closely followed by the cabbage rolls. Recommend the honey cake and borscht too!

This fusion pasta is the best menu item at Fuzio. The habanero pesto and sour cream makes it!

I love kitfo, which is Ethiopian steak tartare. Pretty good version at this casual eatery though I think Cafe Colucci in Oakland is still the tops.

The MealPal version doesn't have as much basil... I typically like this dish with a side of their Tom yum soup.
