Sear foie gras and Japanese Wagyu A5 were what I’d like to have, sure enough the richness of the foie gras and the A5 Wagyu were melted in my mouth. The thin slice of red snapper topped with truffle and caviar, self roll sashimi Wagyu mixed with quail egg and Hokkaido uni... everything was so tasty, delicious, and unbelievably yummy
