Got the seasonal Japanese kaiseki with chateaubriand steak. It was tender like the A5 marbled beef but didn’t taste like butter. Cooked perfectly with a unique solid sauce that melted on the meat.

Awesome sushi! Rice was seasoned perfectly, and not packed too hard. Fish was very fresh and balanced with the rice. Some unique seafood like 平貝 and すだち used for flavor. The ikura wasn’t super salty and tasted more like egg.

Myzen Ramen was a very light tonkotsu soup. The noodles were cooked perfectly with just enough chewiness, and the egg was cooked so the yolk was soft and gooey with a nice marinade.
