So, I felt too weird taking a picture of my food while I was sitting next to my superintendent and the middle school principal. The workshop I attended was held at kalahari. For lunch I had a salad with Italian dressing and two finger sandwiches. One was turkey with Havarti cheese and the other was a curry chicken. I’m actually proud that I didn’t touch any of the sweets! Also, my week of meetings and trainings are over and I can get back to my routine meals

Staff breakfast. I had a second serving of potatoes and biscuits and gravy. The holiday season in a school is not helping my diet haha

I’m sorry I’ve been so bad at this! Today was insanely busy, I just now got home! For lunch, I was at another meeting and had a sweet onion teriyaki chicken sub from subway (one of the lower calorie choices on there so I don’t feel terrible about it). For dinner, I was at that Christmas sock exchange/bridal shower and had three little finger sandwiches, a mini Hawaiian slider, three deviled eggs, 5 chips with dip, and a small amaretto brownie lol

I ate a banana and coffee while I was in a meeting this morning! Forgot a picture, so here’s a picture of the lovely poinsettias my principal gave me.

My dad visited today since he was in the area for work and we ate five guys - I devoured it before I thought to take a picture. Not healthy at all, but it’s okay!
