FOOD - salmon skin was crisp and beautiful, meat is cooked medium raw which is just right up my alley the cold sides were interesting, slightly too greasy for my own liking. However, I can see the bottom line is in line with the concept of health conscious cafe. - love the acai bowl. A big humongous to be honest. Perfect ingredients. COFFEE - coffee was powerful and contrasting, typical The Grounds beans. - iced almond latte is perfect if you need that 12PM summer drowsiness jumpstart to work - The highlight for me is the almond dirty chai. The chai is not subtle by any means, this characteristic balances the intensity of the coffee. They manage to blend the chai and coffee smoothly. Impressed.

FOOD: - French toast was nice, beautifully made, slightly too sweet but maybe it’s because of my low sweetness tolerance 🙊 - breakfast bruschetta was not what I expected, but it exceeded its presentation. Light and fresh dish. - spinach & ricotta canneloni: not too cheesy nor overpowering. Eventhough it is a large plate, because the flavour is not too intense, you might be able to finish one all by yourself. COFFEE: - almond milk is a bit sour, didn’t enjoy it because of my own personal preference. It is not spoiled, I do realise that organic/homemade almond milk tends to taste that way. Milk frothing is OK, but after 20 minutes the foam gets really thick, which I find to be odd... I’ve never experienced this if I recall correctly, although I’ve had many almond cappucinos from various places. - the coffee itself was nice though.

FOOD - PCP Gumbo was interesting, however it is not memorable. COFFEE - almond latte received rave reviews so I had to try it. It is said that it is homemade, slight sour taste that I don’t like... so it’s preference - coffee was strong and contrasting, similar range to The Grounds’ - with so much flavours contrasting into one, I didn’t enjoy the almond latte.
