Surprisingly very good! Avacado BLT Egg Salad (Pinterest- paleo) ON Cauliflower Tortillas (Pinterest- paleo). The cauliflower tortillas took time, but it wasn’t hard. They were very good. SEE notes on Pinterest as changed the recipe some. The Avacado BLT Salad was very good. Together a perfect match!
