Let me tell you about today's food moment. When your father in law offers to order on your behalf at the restaurant, and you have 100% faith in his decisions. But then he pulls out his own artisan capers, and his own special anchovies that he brought himself. Then he calls over the manager, because his order is so special that only a manager can handle it. And after a long chat with the manager where the guy spends the whole time taking extensive notes on a pad of paper, and the only thing I could hear him say was "make sure there is absolutely no cheese on this pizza. No cheese!" And then Woost, the manager takes off with the notes in hand and the the special ingredients tucked away secretly by his side. soon enough, then they bring out a pizza, a pizza like I've never seen before., with zero cheese on it, and you are skeptical, and curious at the same time, but you decide to open up, and lean in to the experience with an open mind. And after my first bit you realize it's some of the best pizza and flavors you've ever imagined! Wow. #respectfornino
