The making of Parmigiana Regianno on the Italian Days food tour. This tour was amazing and showed the group how the cheese was made.. we then got to try. How am I suppose to go home and eat other cheese??? This was the start of the food tour; next was balsamic vinegar, prosciutto then followed by a delicious supper! Thank you Alexandro

Tortellini in broth...... Apparently it is a Sunday tradition to have this delicious meal for lunch. Pasta is made in the morning and cooked in (chicken) broth as a first course, then followed by Sunday Roast. Flavours blended beautifully together. Loved this meal!

Gelato! One a day keeps the doctor away... well this one did. It's made with green apples and is a fruit ice cream here in Italy or in Australia sorbet. Delicious! Other photos are the other fruit ice cream that's been made - guess there flavour!
