Excellent Mahi and shrimp ceviche on homemade tostadas. My wife had a beautiful piece of sashimi grade tuna with balsamic glaze.

A 5 pound flounder we got to see it before the chef lightly battered and fried the whole fish. Outstanding texture and taste. Normally like our fish broiled but this was a real treat.
