Been going when in town for 35 years. Alpine inn still has amazing food-big steak/little steak. This trip Went here for lunch, one day and dinner the next day, and so happy we did it back to back days! Must stop if you were in Hill city!

Former site of the infamous Pen Pub. Now a serve yourself wine beer cocktail place. So different than what it used to be! The cocktails were actually very very good! Good luck to these folks in their new venture.
