Today had 蝦米四季豆 (French Beans with Dried Shrimps), 寶寶豆腐 (Home-made Toufu with Special Sauce) and 錫紙咖喱燒魚肉 (Speciality Curry Fish Cutlets) and 豉油王蝦 (Fried Prawns in Premium Soy Sauces). The serve the food within 10mins and it came hot. The 蝦米四季豆 (French Beans with Dried Shrimps) has a very nice umami taste and the french beans is crunchy. 寶寶豆腐 (Home-made Toufu with Special Sauce) us very tender and soft. 錫紙咖喱燒魚肉 (Speciality Curry Fish Cutlets) is fresh with no fishy smell. 豉油王蝦 (Fried Prawns in Premium Soy Sauce) the prawns are fresh and its being cooked together with spring onion snd ginger!

Food Name: Sliced Chilly Pork Country: Malaysia / Johore Bahru Price: $$ Verdict. One of the best sliced pork that i’ve eaten. Does not have the porky pork smell. Have N sweet and slight salty taste. BBQ-ed to perfection.

Food Name: Yong Tau Foo (YTF) Country: Malaysia / Johore Bahru Price: $$ Verdict: A wide selection of ingredients for Yong Tau Foo. From fresh hinoki mushrooms to different selection of tau pok / tau kia. Their curry is super yummylicious! Not the thick kind of curry soup.

Food Name: Tze Char (煮炒) Country: Malaysia / Johore Bahru Price: $$ Verdict: Quite affordable Tze Char Restaurant located in Sutera Mall. Have ordered an few dishes as seen in the pictures. The food are order to cook and it came out fresh!

Food Name: Prawn Noodle (蝦麵) Country: Singapore / Tekka Market Price: $$ Verdict: Have ordered Yellow Noodles and Thin Beehoon. Also added extra Fried Shallots & Lard and Prawns. Prawns are fresh and the noodles and beenhoon are cook to almost perfection. Sliced pork doesn’t have the porky smell. Prawn soup is on the lighter side but still tastes good.

Food Name: Marble Cake & Peach Oolong Tea Country: Taipei / Beitou Price: $$ Verdict: A small cafe located in the 2nd floor of an Hot Spring Hotel - Radium Kagaya Taipei. The slice marble cake tastes ok and its not that sweet. Which is a perfect match to my taste.

Food Name: Luncheon Meat with Egg Rice (餐蛋飯) Country: Hong Kong Price: $$ Verdict: Nice! The food was served hot. Luncheon meat is c well fried and crispy. The egg has runny egg yolks which goes well with the rice!
